Q: Do I set up and/or clean the fountain?

A: No, Our rental packages include complete set up, take down. Home rentals include drop off service and cleaning.

Q: Are Dipping Items included?

A: Please take a look at our Dipping Items page for a complete list of items that we suggest for our fountains. We provide items for dipping at a cost of $1.25 per person; this includes the use of our tiered platters, plates and napkins. Arrangements can be made for you or your caterer to provide dipping items. Our serving trays are available at no charge with fountain rental.

Q: Are decorations provided?

A: Yes! Our basic decoration consists of a black or white cover with mini lights and greenery. We are able to use a variety of colors that match your theme, and arrange our fountain decorations to your preference.

Q: Who provides a table?

A: One sturdy, level table within 10 feet of a 120 volt grounded electrical outlet should be provided by you, your venue or your caterer. Any table over 3 feet long and at least 2.5 feet wide will accommodate most fountains.

Q: What is included in a Fountain Package?

A: Our Fountain Package includes a professional attendant, 3 hours of service, additional time for set up and take down, plates, napkins, skewers, tiered service trays, and complimentary packaging of remaining chocolate and dipping items for your personal use….and of course…CHOCOLATE! Our clients enjoy all inclusive service; from set up to clean up.

Q: What about serving a small party?

A: Absolutely! Our smallest fountain is for parties of 5-40 people. This package includes: fountain, 5lbs of chocolate and skewers. Pick up, or have it delivered for a small fee. Never a clean up! Just pack it when you are finished and we take care of the rest.

Q: I have my own fountain, can I purchase Chocolate?

A: Yes, Milk, Dark and White Chocolate are available for purchase in 5lb packages. We sell the Perfect package for a home fountain.

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: It is not unusual for Chocolate Falls to be booked one year in advance. This is especially true during late April, early May, June and Christmas. We provide service to individual Brides, and we are also in demand with area Caterer’s and Venues. Weddings, Graduations, Proms, Reunions…there are so many reasons and seasons for our fountain service. Your deposit guarantees service, simple changes can be accommodated if needed.

Q: Do you travel to Illinois, Jefferson, or Lincoln Counties?

A: We have had the pleasure of serving customers in these areas for many years. We do ask for an additional travel fee if your event is outside a 50 mile radius of Clayton, Mo.

Q: Are references available?

A: Yes, we are proud to work in collaboration with many caterers, event planners, and venues. We are used exclusively by many professionals for Fountain Service. We will be happy to provide a list of references upon request.
